Welcome! I am a psychotherapist, music therapist, presenter, and performer based in Seattle, WA with an additional practice on Whidbey Island, WA. 

My approach to psychotherapy and my other services is eclectic, flexible, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of the individuals and groups I work with.

My goal is to help clients discover and develop their strengths even as they come to better understand and appreciate their vulnerabilities.
